Unfortunately, mistakes do happen. Although rare, we take these matters seriously.

We refund or exchange if you encountered the following;

  1. You received a wrong item
  2. You have a missing item in your order
  3. You received a defective product

If you encountered any of the following, please do contact us our customer service email at info@tikas.ph right away (within 24 hours) so we may immediately process your return/exchange.

Please put in the subject line the reason for your refund/exchange and your order number. (Ex. WRONG ITEM - ORDER ID. 0112) Then attach the following requirements,

  • Photo of defective item
  • Full Name

We DO NOT refund or exchange if you encountered the following;

  1. You suddenly changed your mind after you order
  2. Chose the wrong product upon ordering
  3. You damaged the product after receipt

Refund Method & Timing

All refunds will be sent via Bank Transfer and/or GCash - if you have qualified for a refund after our verification. We will ask your to send in your refund method details such as bank account and/or your GCash number. Please give us atleast 24 hours to process your refund (Mondays to Fridays | 8:30am to 5:30PM excluding weekends and holidays)
